decision-making, ensuring that engineering, economics, and safety remain at the core
of every project.
Before joining Silverton Energy, Henderson served in senior leadership roles across
independent exploration and production companies, where he oversaw drilling
campaigns, asset acquisitions, production growth initiatives, and cross-functional field
teams. His experience spans conventional and unconventional reservoirs, pipeline
development, and large-scale recompletion and stimulation programs.
Henderson is known for building high-performance teams, cultivating strong investor
relationships, and driving efficient, data-driven operations. He continues to champion

Dale began his career working alongside his father in the family’s
pipeline construction and maintenance business. Growing up in the
industry gave him early exposure to midstream operations, integrity
management, and the importance of reliable infrastructure. Over the
years, he developed a deep understanding of pipeline systems,
regulatory compliance, and workforce management—skills that would
later shape his approach to large-scale energy operations.
Before joining Silverton Energy, Dale held roles spanning project
management, field operations, and multi-asset coordination, with a
strong track record of improving uptime, reducing operational risk, and
optimizing cost structures. As COO, he leads Silverton’s drilling,
completions, production, and pipeline divisions, ensuring that projects
are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
